Did Jesus Christ say He was God? ( Tamil translation attached)

Though it sounds strange I could come across this question asked by non-Christians.

What is the answer?

The answer is yes. Let us see few such instances this in the following portions.

1. When the Lord Jesus Christ said as reported in John 14:6, " I am the way , the truth and the life", Philip asks Him to show them the father. There Jesus remarks, the one who saw Him saw the father. Here is one place where it is clear that He and the father are the same.

2. He rather clearly outlines that He was the messiah to come to the Samaritan woman at the Jacob's well.

To her in the following verses he reveals He is the messiah that was to come.

John 4:25 The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah(saviour) is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.26 Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.”

There are few more occasions He clearly revealed that he was the one to come; the messiah.

3. Luke 22: 70 Then they all said, “Are You then the Son of God?” So He said to them, “You rightly say that I am.” 71 And they said, “What further testimony do we need? For we have heard it ourselves from His own mouth.”

Do we need any more instances of Jesus revealing to the world though His own mouth that He was the messiah, the son of God, the God who saves the world.
