Get the heritage from God

Psalmist writes in Psalm 61:5, NKJV

For You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given me the heritage of those who fear Your name. What a mighty honour and confidence.

Dearly beloved in Christ, we are called to have that confidence in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

When can we have that confidence? He dwelled in His tabernacle all the time. What does that imply? He is of the thought of God all the time. Even when he was overwhelmed, he called unto Him.

Dearly beloved when we become weary hearted whom do we go unto? What do we do to come out of that? Let's reflect on those now. Let's renew our mind with His words. Many a times we complain and seek remedies in the worldly ways.

When Jesus Christ becomes our shelter we can have the confidence that he would give us the heritage of those who fear Him. What a great confidence to have.

Hebrew 13:9 says it is good to have our heart be established by grace.

May the Lord give us all the grace to receive the heritage of those who fear Him.
